We ship from India.

All orders are processed within 4 to 8 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after the payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your order. If you do not receive an email please check the spam filter and contact us to receive the confirmation.

 You will be notified by an email once your package is shipped.

Domestic Shipping ( India) -

Shipping Charges are calculated at the check-out. We deliver pan India (subject to confirmation from the delivery partner)

It takes 3 - 7 business days for a product to get dispatched from the facility if available in stock.

International Shipping

Shipping Charges are calculated at the check-out.

We ship across the globe with trusted delivery partners like DHL.

International orders are subject to local taxes and custom duties levied by the shipping carrier.

Truetone Ink is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they have to be borne by the customer.

Disclaimer : These values are subject to change by the respective tax authorities of your country.

PS: Most countries allow import up to a certain amount without any additional duty. This amount is called De Minimis values.
