STITCHING & CUSTOMIZATION

Key Considerations When Working with stitching of Herbal Dyed or Printed Fabrics

Tech Pack & Design Submission
Clients must submit a complete tech pack before order confirmation, including sketches/references, measurements, size chart, construction details, stitch & seam specifications, trims, and placement details. Production begins only after approval.

  • Sampling Approval
Sampling is mandatory. Charges apply. Revisions beyond the first correction are chargeable. Bulk production starts only after written approval.

  • Fabric Responsibility
Confirm whether fabric is client-supplied or sourced through us. We are not liable for defects in client fabrics (weaving faults, shade variation, shrinkage, dye inconsistencies).

  • Fabric Suitability
Stitching results depend on fabric strength, weave, and dye process. Clients must test fabric performance before bulk orders.

  • MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
MOQ varies by garment type, complexity, fabric, and dye/print process. Final MOQ is shared post tech pack review.

  • Size Set & Grading
Clients must provide graded size charts. We are not responsible for fitting issues once sizes are approved.

  • Customization Scope
Includes labels, embroidery/printing placement, trims, closures, and packaging. All details must be finalized pre-production.

  • Natural Dye & Print Placement Variation
Slight placement and shade variations may occur piece to piece—this is inherent to natural processes.

  • Production Timeline
Depends on fabric readiness, dyeing/printing completion, quantity, and design complexity. Natural and hand processes may affect timelines.

  • Wastage & Consumption
5–10% extra fabric must be provided for shrinkage, cutting, and process loss. Fabric shortages may delay production.

  • Alterations & Rework
Minor defects will be rectified. Design/measurement changes after production are chargeable.

  • Quality Expectations
Tonal variations, slabs, and hand-process irregularities are natural characteristics, not defects.

  • Client-Supplied Trims
We are not liable for shortages or damages to client-supplied buttons, zippers, labels, or accessories.

  • Packing & Finishing
Standard finishing includes thread cutting, basic ironing, and folding. Special packaging is extra.

  • Payment Terms
Advance payment confirms orders. Balance payment is due before dispatch.

  • Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Sampling/development charges are non-refundable.

  • Claims & Liability
Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery; we are not liable thereafter.

  • Acceptance of Natural Process
Placing an order confirms acceptance of natural dye characteristics, shade variations, and hand-process limitations.
